Prices and Availability
Prices, promotions, availability, and shipping charges may change without notice before checkout. An order is subject to payment confirmation, availability, and acceptance. Taxes and applicable charges are shown at checkout.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped. We may cancel orders for lawful reasons such as unavailable stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud and arrange an appropriate refund where payment was collected.
Payment and Fraud Checks
Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Payments are handled through the checkout and configured payment providers; we may verify suspicious transactions in accordance with law.
Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. shipping typically requires 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers and unforeseen events.
Returns and Refunds

Review labels, size guidance and usage instructions before giving products to pets. Interactive toys should be used with appropriate supervision, and damaged toys should be removed from use. No product should substitute for veterinary advice.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
